Returns and Refunds Policy
Our Promise to You
At Bonnie Babe Boutique, we’re committed to ensuring that you’re happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help! We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you time to return or exchange your item after receiving it. We are unable to accept returns outside of this timeframe, but we will do our best to assist with any concerns you may have.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, simply send us an email at hello@bonniebabe.com with the subject line "RETURN [Order Number]" or "EXCHANGE [Order Number]." Be sure to include your name, order number, the items you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with further instructions on where to send your items.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To ensure smooth processing, always include your packing slip or order details inside the returned parcel.
Return Eligibility
For your return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that have been used or are missing tags. Sale items are eligible for exchange only (unless faulty), and we do not offer refunds on sale items.
Exchanges Made Easy
If you need a different item, we’ve made the exchange process straightforward. After receiving your exchange request, we’ll guide you on how to return the product. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll issue store credit to your email address, which can be used to purchase the correct product or any other item in our store. Please remember, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue your refund back to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your order was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’re here to make it right. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the fault, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Sale items (unless faulty)
Used items or items not in their original condition and packaging
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards
Returning Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items unless they are faulty. However, we do accept exchanges on sale items in the form of store credit.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked mail service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. Please ensure your item is shipped back within 14 days of your return being approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please let us know immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
